Project history — the per-release PRDs, TDDs, and stories. This is a record of what was planned and built, release by release; it is not product documentation (for that, see the four modes).

r1-framework-v0-core/	R1 — the foundational framework: domain model, engine, multi-tenant data layer.
r2-framework-production-features/	R2 — texts, snippets, risk blocks, version history, Arize dashboards, client-cloud deploy.
r3-odyssey-uat/	R3 — first client UAT (Odyssey Phoenix).
r4-framework-scale/	R4 — scale features.
r5-multi-solution-rollout/	R5 — multi-client rollout (Odyssey to production).

The canonical vocabulary (the domain model) was extracted to reference/domain-model.md — it's timeless reference, not release history.
